Donna Jonas
Chief Executive Officer
and Managing Partner
Donna Jonas is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Amstability, a Service Disabled Veteran and Women Owned Small Business, and an agile global provider of critical Professional services that enable mission readiness across the U.S. government.
With more than 18 years of experience spanning military, federal, government, and non-profit leadership positions, Donna brings extensive expertise in complex operational oversight, financial administration, and personnel management. Prior to joining Amstability, Donna served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Museum of the Bible, a world-class cultural institution located in Washington D.C. In this role, she ensured efficient, high-quality, and seamless delivery of services to meet the Museum’s daily operational demands.
A former active-duty U.S. Army Aviation Officer and combat veteran, Donna previously served as a Senior AH-64D Apache aviator, deploying three times with the 3-101st Aviation Regiment in support of combat operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan and leading extensive teams supporting complex mission sets. As a civilian, she served as the U.S. Army Senate Liaison Deputy Chief in support of the Office of Chief Legislative Liaison, managing daily and highly sensitive Congressional interface in support of the Department of Defense’s strategic priorities. Donna currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, and was selected as a National Security Fellow for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in French from the University of Missouri and a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Andy, and two sons, Grant and Tyler.

JD Stafford
Director of Operations
JD brings 36 years of experience leading and managing business and contract operations in government environments. JD’s unique background spans both direct military service and government contracting, having served in roles as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and Subject Matter Expert for a range of defense operations. He has led expansive installation contract operations, executing projects to exceptional standards and outcomes, and bringing to every project the vast expertise as both a military end-user and a contract execution specialist.
JD also brings specialized expertise in food service operations. A former Senior Expeditionary Food Service Advisor during his military service, JD led food service operations across a range of combat environments and austere locations. Previously, JD served as the Director of Food and Hospitality at Marine Corps Community Services on Camp Lejeune, where he was recognized for driving revenue and profit during a time of significant deployment volumes in support of the Iraq War. He achieved the prestigious Food Service Excellence Award for the food service contract he oversaw for four consecutive years. JD is certified as a Food Executive and Food Management Professional, and has maintained status as a ServSafe Instructor and Food Protection Manager for the past two decades.
JD holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Management from American Military University. JD served for 25 years in the Marine Corps, retiring at the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E9).
Colleen Seasons
Director of Administration
Colleen specializes in business management and contract operations, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading U.S. national and multi-cultural foreign national teams in contract operations around the globe. She has led and managed major contract operations for Man-camp Life Support in Afghanistan, Base Operation Support Services in the British Indian Ocean Territory, and Installation Support Services in Kuwait.
Colleen’s expertise in financial management and administration builds on years of direct support to the U.S. Marine Corps at Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), Headquarters Marine Corps, Marine Corps Base Quantico, and the Pentagon’s Deputy Commandant for Information. She holds a Financial Management Analyst Certification (Level 2), and previously served as a Business Element Financial manger supporting major engineering contracts with the Department of Energy.
Colleen also brings specialized expertise in food service operations, having led operations management for the Food and Hospitality Division at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, which garnered four consecutive years of Food Service Excellence Awards.
Colleen holds a Master of Arts in Business and Organization Security Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Campbell University. A proud military spouse, mother of two, and grandmother of four, Colleen resides in Port St. Lucie, FL.
